AUTUMN SKIN

EXFOLIATION

Vacation skin needs more protection than a full-on peel, but now you are back, it’s time to step it up and focus on reviving dull, uneven and ultra-dry skin with a mini exfoliating program. Just one intensive peel can make a huge difference to end-of-summer skin, even to pigmentation; for serious results we recommend the MONASTERY MADE XX Glycolic Acid Treatment which, used every other night, gives almost clinical-level results to skin that’s dry, dull, pigmented and bumpy. The Herbivore Botanicals MoonFruit (use every night is also excellent,  filled with fruit acids AHA it works for breakout skin, too).
For
sensitive skin, the Skin Polishing Brightener from Modern Natural gently gets skin soft and smooth without using retinoids or acids.

Deep feed

Following up your peel with an intensive skin treatment is the quickest way to transform your complexion, as anything used will be better absorbed. We can't enough of natural oils on super-dry skin as they penetrate deeper, give the healthiest, plumped-up glow, and the good ones won’t leave skin greasy. You only need a few drops, or you can mix into a favorite serum; at this time of year.

Mix an oil (like the Monastery Made Pure Oil) with a hydrating HA serum to make it more nourishing and help it absorb easier
